Return Policy

 

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your online purchase within one (1) day of purchase. Orders cancelled after one (1) day will be subject to a restocking charge of $49.99. Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. When purchasing a sample product, no refunds, exchanges, or reselections are allowed once the order is placed.  

 

Damage Claims

 

Any damage must be reported within one (1) day after delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services.

 

Damage claims must be sent to contact@designbrian.com

 

Include your order number and last name in the subject line, a description of the damage, and clear photographs. We will follow up within 24-48 hours of receipt of the claim.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
